TV celebrity Gregg Wallace MBE has revealed how he lost a whopping 5 stone during an incredible weight loss transformation.

Speaking on Series 2, Episode 1 of 色狗导航’s Experts in Health podcast, Gregg also talks about his varied career journey from greengrocer to media personality and his thoughts on the viral music sensation ‘buttery biscuit base’.
